Terms & Conditions – Home furnishing 360
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the services offered by Home furnishing 360 (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"),
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services and website.
2. Services Overview
Home furnishing 360 provides home renovation, home interior/exterior work, remodeling, and related consulting services.
All services are subject to availability and may be revised, paused, or discontinued without prior notice.
Project timelines, material selections, and final outputs may vary based on on-site assessments and approvals.
3. Service Agreements & Project Scope
Before starting any project, a detailed service agreement or proposal will be shared outlining the project duration,
pricing, materials, and scope of work. Any work outside the signed scope will be considered additional work
and may incur extra charges.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are due based on the milestone schedule mentioned in your service agreement or invoice.
A booking advance may be required to initiate the project. Delayed payments may impact progress and could incur additional fees.
Payments made for completed work or materials already purchased are non-refundable.
5. Warranty & Quality Assurance
We ensure that all work is performed using skilled professionals and quality materials. Warranty terms, if applicable,
will be clearly defined in the project agreement. Warranty exclusions include:
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Wear and tear over time
- Alterations or repairs made by an external contractor
- Events beyond our control (flood, fire, natural disaster, etc.)
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate project details, site access, necessary permits or approvals (such as society permissions),
and timely decisions regarding materials and finishes. Any delay in these may impact project cost or completion time.
7. Changes, Upgrades & Additional Work
Any change requested by the client after project commencement — such as design changes, additional work,
or material upgrades — must be documented and approved. Revised costs and timelines may apply.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a project is canceled by the client after signing the agreement or proposal, a cancellation fee may apply.
Payments already made toward completed work, labor costs, custom materials, or ordered items are non-refundable.
9. Limitation of Liability
Home furnishing 360, its employees, and subcontractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the total value paid by the client for the concerned project.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any personal or project-related information shared with us will be kept confidential and used only
for communication and project execution. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is provided.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be handled by local courts or legal authorities.
